He blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and primal movement, drawing inspiration from capoeira, jiujitsu, calisthenics, gymnastics, and contemporary dance. His sessions are playful, dynamic, and deeply grounding, finishing with relaxation techniques that leave you feeling strong, present, and embodied.

    With a deep understanding of the lymphatic system and detoxification, Malin guides people toward greater clarity around their health. As a Certified Detoxification Specialist and Lymphatic Iridologist, she shares practical insights into how the body eliminates waste, how genetic tendencies show up, and how simple, supportive changes can be woven into everyday life.

    Rooted in osteopathy, Chinese medicine, and kinesiology, Olatz’s approach is guided by the belief that the body holds its own intelligence. She works across structural, chemical, emotional, and energetic layers, creating sessions that listen to the body rather than override it, supporting balance and long-term wellbeing.
