Movement is unique to all of us, and so is progression. My 1:1 yoga sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen and refine your practice.
Each 75-minute session guides you through a grounded and transformative journey of movement, breath, connection, and alignment. With every session, you’ll drop into a practice that supports your body, calms your mind, and reconnects you with yourself.

Your 75-minute classes will be shaped around your current practice level, intentions, and schedule. We’ll find a time that works for you and build from there.
