Why The Health Junki Exists

Wellbeing has never been about perfection for me. It is about paying attention to how we move, what we nourish ourselves with and the choices that help us feel more at home in our bodies.

I spent much of my life as a dancer, so movement has always been part of who I am. Yoga later gave me a different relationship with my body, one built not only on strength and discipline, but also on awareness, breath and balance.

That journey led me to become a yoga teacher and health and lifestyle coach. Through The Health Junki, I share what I have learned and what I am still learning: practical ways to move well, eat with intention and create a healthier, more conscious life.

I do not believe wellbeing should feel rigid, intimidating or like another standard we have to meet. I believe in staying curious, questioning what no longer serves us and finding an approach that feels honest and sustainable in everyday life.

This journal is where I will share nourishing recipes, movement, honest reflections and ideas that may help you reconnect with your own wellbeing.

Thank you for being here.

With love,

Nadia
