At this intimate retreat (around 10 people), every detail is designed to help you feel lighter, calmer, and refreshed, with no pressure and no rules, just a space to enjoy the day your way.

What to Expect:

  • Welcome Juice – Start your day with a vibrant, refreshing juice to wake up your system and set the tone for what’s ahead.

  • Morning Movement Session – Energise and awaken your body with a playful session led by Alberto, designed to build awareness, coordination, and strength.

  • Smoothie & Fruit Bowl – Refuel and nourish your body after the morning movement.

  • Yoga with Nadia – A grounding session to stretch, release tension, and connect mind and body.

  • Talk on Nourishment & Balance – Gain insights and practical tips from an expert speaker to support your body’s natural detox pathways and restore balance.

  • Lunch – Enjoy a fresh, plant-based meal crafted to nourish and energise you.

  • Sauna & Ice Bath – Refresh, reset, and invigorate your body with hot and cold therapy.

  • Group Acupuncture – End the day with restorative alignment and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling restored and balanced.

Each element flows together to create a day that leaves you feeling grounded, energised, and ready to carry these practices into your everyday life.

All sessions on the day will be led by this small, expert team, guiding you through movement, yoga, and holistic wellness. You’ll experience everything together in a relaxed, supportive group. If demand is high, we may add another day so more people can join.

    Alberto’s work is rooted in restoring function and reconnecting mind and body through movement. He blends strength, conditioning, mobility, and primal movement, drawing inspiration from capoeira, jiujitsu, calisthenics, gymnastics, and contemporary dance. His sessions are playful, dynamic, and deeply grounding, finishing with relaxation techniques that leave you feeling strong, present, and embodied.

    With a deep understanding of the lymphatic system and detoxification, Malin guides people toward greater clarity around their health. As a Certified Detoxification Specialist and Lymphatic Iridologist, she shares practical insights into how the body eliminates waste, how genetic tendencies show up, and how simple, supportive changes can be woven into everyday life.
