I’m excited to share my first newsletter with you. This space is dedicated to exploring health in a way that feels empowering and real, through practical tips, nourishing recipes, and insights that support your overall well-being.
For those who don’t know me, I spent most of my life as a dancer before discovering yoga and well-being. Over the past few years, I’ve built a career as a health and lifestyle coach and yoga teacher, helping others transform their health, both physically and mentally.
I’m still a student of life, constantly learning and expanding my understanding of the body and mind. I believe much of what we’re told about health deserves to be questioned. It’s important to do your own research and take responsibility for your choices. My journey is about going beyond the norm and exploring a more conscious, truthful approach to wellness. Some of what I share may seem unconventional, but it always comes from a place of love and a desire for everyone to live a long, healthy life.
After a decade of studying and living this lifestyle, I’m still learning something new every day. My hope is that through these writings, you’ll feel inspired to stay curious, question the narrative, and give your body and mind the care they truly deserve.
